The serious stuff:

A leaner style of Margaret River Chardonnay, with poise and energy and background oak influence.

Only the free run juice was retained. The fruit sourced from the Karridale sub region. Gently pressed with subsequent regular lees stirring, with barrel fermentation and matured on lees for 9 months in seasoned French barriques.

But, what does it taste like?

Chardonnay in a minor key - playing second fiddle to The King Chardonnay.  This is our new release Chardonnay at a happy price point for every day drinking.  Background oak and a citrus, energetic palate with a textural finish.
