The serious stuff:
Grapes for this wine were carefully sourced from two vineyards in the Frankland
Fruit from each vineyard was picked at night and individually vinified at cool temperatures
to preserve varietal flavours and aromas. The assembled wine was fermented in older French oak barriques and was lees stirred (battonage) in the traditional way for 3 months.
The wine was treated with minimum handling techniques, filtered and bottled to retain freshness and vitality..
But what does it taste like?
There’s no Mental Blanc when it comes to Sauvignon Blanc here at Plan B!. We’ve made this wine from ripe, flavoursome free range grapes.
We know exactly what you want in a Savvy – vibrant, succulent fruit with a slick brush of texture and a freshness that won’t strip the enamel from those pearly whites you’ve spent a small fortune on.
2014 MENTAL BLANC!
Chill, pour, drink. Repeat as necessary.
